In honor of Rosh Chodesh Tammuz - Z"manei T"shuva M'imashmishim U"Baim - , the Rebbe Shlit"a called together a gathering of the Yungerleit. 

He spoke  of the importance of strengthening daily shiurim in Beis Chayeinu  The Mishna in Pirkei Avos enumerates different levels of learning Torah:  when one sits alone, when two sit together, and when there are ten.  We can add an additional level:  When those ten sit together, in a set place, then the level is even higher!  In davening, the Gemara tells us, קביעות מקום raises the level of the daveninig (גמרא ברכות דף ה), the same סיעתא דשמיא comes about when someone is קובע מקום in his learning!  The Rebbe brought down the גמרא that Abaye would daven exclusively in the Beis Medrash where he learned..

We can explain this from the Gemara itself:  הקובע מקום לתפלתו אלקי אברהם בעזרו.  He is also called an עניו - humble.  We can say that the reason that he's called humble is precisely because he's looking to accept סיעתא דשמיא, and not rely upon his own merits.  This can also be the basis for extra סיעתא דשמיא by learning in a set place.

The Rebbe also stressed the importance of Nashim Tzidkaniyos in building and running a proper Jewish home, by heeding the laws of צניעות..
