Parshas D`varim

ויברך אתכם כאשר דיבר לכם

The Ba’al HaTurim brings the Mesora (that there’s a connection between ויברך here and ויברך of) ויברך כל בשר שם קדשו לעולם ועד.

On the Pasuk רצון יראיו ועשה ואת שועתם ישמע ויושיעם it’s been said in the name of various Tzadikim that there are times ה' doesn’t give a person exactly for what he prays, since ה', in His wisdom, knows just what is in a person’s best interest.  If a person asks a Tzadik to pray for him, ה' fulfills the wishes of Tzadikim, and will answer the person’s prayer.  This is רצון יראיו יעשה.

At times, the Tzadik understands later on that, in reality, it would have been better “to have left things alone”.  The extra blessings are not always in a person’s best interests.   He prays again to ה' to change things back to the way they were, and again, ה' accepts his prayers – ואת שעותם ישמע ויושיעם.

This scenario refers to asking ה' for a specific request.  At times, ה' sends his blessing “directly”, without intervention.  Such a blessing, by its very nature, can not have negative aspects.  ברכת ה' היא תעשיר ולא יוסיף עצב עימה"” (The blessing of ה' bestows wealth and there’s no sadness with it) (משלי י').

When we merit “ויברך אתכם כאשר דיבר לכם” directly from ה', thenויברך כל בשר שם קדשו לעולם ועד – “with no regrets”.
